There was Roaches, the toilet clogged up and I had to get them to resolve it, There was way to much constant traffic outside in the lot.

Hotel Marietta

Good hotel, but because it is cheap rowdy people stay here. The walls are thin so you can hear what is going on in the other room. Apart from that great stay if you just want to spend the night.

do NOT recommend this place.....

WELL, -NO internet!!! (one of the reasons i chose it) -NO iron -the a/c was not on and it was hot! -roaches in the a/c vent -ROACHES in the room -literally left luggage in the car trunk -needed shower shoes -the room was just not cleaned properly at all and i felt dirty just walking in -did NOT get clean towels -bedspread had holes in it -everybody stared during our stay -we were approached by a gentleman to get a $20 tattoo in his room ALL IN ALL EVEN IF THE ROOM WAS $10/night IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OVERPRICED! one word to describe: DISGUSTING.......

This place is a dump in the middle of gang central. People walking the Lot at all hours. I would have slept more soundly in my car. It was sooooo bad that in the end the manager refunded my money. IF U HAVE A BRAIN DON'T STAY HERE!

Master's Inn Marietta

Overall, it was a good stay. For the price, what do you expect. If you want 5 star, you stay at 5 star. The room was clean, quiet, nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It looks to be a place where you're on the interstate for a long time, you need a place to sleep that's comfortable and affordable, Master's Inn is your place. I will definately stay again.

Recommend

When we first went there we did not expect much because of previous reviews. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and helped resolve a problem right away. When I needed an extra towel he gave one to us right away. The people around the hotel were noisy at first but a thundrstorm maded them go in so we had a quiet night afterwards. We enjoyed the closeness to restaurants within walking distance. The roon did not have a clock, and my wife did not find a shower cap, and the pillows were too small, but our final destination was only 6 minutes away so it was a good stay!

Immediately following check-in, we were surprised to see a "questionable character" loitering outside one of the first floor rooms and a "lady of the night" loitering directly outside the door to our room. The bed was not only slanted, but the sheets had been stabbed and the comforter had several large cigarette burn holes in it. Likewise, the tv was damaged as though it had been dropped or thrown. The toilet did not shut off after flushing, and so in order to use it and keep it from running loudly, the water supply valve had to be turned on and off after every flush. We were so uncomfortable staying here that we chose to stay in a different hotel entirely.

It was a dump.

I expected a little bit better in accomodations. It was not visually pleasing or well maintained.

it was not the ritz, but it was fine for our needs.

overall the accommodations were not bad, no extra amenities, but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, and we slept well. It was perfect for our needs at that time. the employees were polite and helpful. it was not the ritz, but it was fine for our needs. we should have booked accommodations in roswell, as our family lives in marietta, which would have been closer. we have no complaints.

Disappointed

It took nearly an hour to find the hotel and then another hour to get checked in. Most hotels have everything ready when I arrive. There was no hair dryer in the room, no ash tray, the shower had mold in the cracks of the shower tile.... I was very disappointed!

Lack of Room Service

--I called daily for towels, face rags because of insufficient supply left in room. --For three of my four night-stay, I was told to get the towels/rags myself from the front desk. --Room service completely failed to come in for one of the four days--the beds were unmade, the trash cans overflowed, and no fresh towels supplied.

Needs more updating

I thought the price was very fair. I only stayed for a couple days and it worked. The people at the front desk were very pleasant. They need to update a few things in the rooms such as the shower and the air conditioners, and the beds need new mattresses and sheets. For the price I paid I can't really complain I can just suggest these changes be made. It was right off I-75 and 285 so that made it very convienent to go places. There were a lot of food place right around the area too. The rooms also had refrigerators and microwaves for guest.

Threadbare, but Acceptable

The hotel itself was unremarkable. Furnishings were quite worn, but clean. My only complaint was that the lock on our room was broken. Once you entered the room and locked the door, it was fine, but if you left to do something, the door would not lock behind you. I reported the defect to the front desk who assured me it would be fixed, but it wasn't. However, the staff is courteous and pleasant and did their best to make my stay pleasurable. Also, the fire alarm would make a loud chirrup noise every 30 seconds like clockwork, making it almost impossible to sleep.

Dangerous Dirty Hotel

We reserved this hotel for our trip to Six Flags. Our Door wouldn't shut because it had been kicked in previously. We were 'greeted' by the neighbors pitbull when we walked back outside. It was horrible. We stayed for 15 minutes before checking out to find a new hotel. Not a safe place for families or kids.

Dissapointment

When I got there it was clean. By the time I left I realized the maids woke me up at like 8 in the morning every day. I'm on vacation I don't want to be bothered. Then when they did wake me up they asked me if I needed anything. Then handed me the things they didn't actually come in and clean. I don't even think they touched the toilet at all. And then my sink started leaking.

Great Place to stay for the price.

I stayed at Masters Inn on a business trip in Marietta. When I arrived the maintenance guys were just finishing remodeling the building. The front desk service was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was clean and well lit. The parking lot is so well lit that I heard birds chirping at night. For the price, the stay was excellent! I would suggest Masters Inn to everyone.
