The holiday home “Finca el Rincón” with a mountain view is located in Arona and is made up of 4 individual apartments. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, cable television, a washing machine, a dryer, children’s books, a baby cot, and a highchair. The property can accommodate 10 people in total.



La Casita del Rincón” is a one-room cottage with a living area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a king-size bed, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom and can, therefore, accommodate 4 people. The property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 terraces (open and covered) where you can relax and admire the beautiful mountains.



The 3 studio apartments “Estudio Tajinaste”, “Estudio Cardón” and “Estudio Verode” each consist of a living area, a kitchen, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom. The properties can, therefore, accommodate 2 people each. In the building, there is also a larger, communal kitchen and a gym.



In the communal outdoor area, you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a pool, an outdoor shower, and a table tennis table. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the center of Arona where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The nearest supermarket is located an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away from the beautiful beach Playa de Los Tarajales awaits your visit (12.7 km). Here you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog belonging to the homeowner who lives on the property. The homeowner lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events; if interested, please contact us before booking. The pool is unheated and open all year round. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00.
