As soon as you step foot in Paradise Point, you’ll see that this house has been designed with comfort in mind. Up to 12 guests will be right at home here, whether you are enjoying the poolside bar, retiring for bed in one of the spacious bedrooms, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The spacious living room features plenty of seating for everyone and has a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings at the beach. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a gas range stove and walk-in pantry - plenty of room for snacks! An elevator allows for easy access through each floor of the home. Did we mention the primary suite has a fireplace, too?
While this home offers many wonderful amenities, one of the main highlights is the pool area. An outdoor living area and private bar with outdoor TV surround the area, allowing for outdoor fun for all. It’s easy to see why this home is perfect for family gatherings! When you want to head to the beach, you can easily walk or take one of the seven provided bikes. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided, too! Bean Point, a true hidden gem, is the nearest beach access point. Don’t forget your SPF! Exterior
If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact BHRE at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. We do offer pool heating as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety. We kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10 pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember that outdoor spas are not hot tubs (some properties have a spa, some have a hot tub).
