The 30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the pool and a sprawling 10-acre field, bordered by lush trees. ******The property sleeps a maximum of 9 people in beds. Hot tub is for adults only, please. If you are going to have visitors a request must be submitted and the number of visitors must be approved. There is a charge for visitors over the house maximum occupancy of 9 and per vehicle over 9.

If the disclosed number of guests and visitors is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund given.

We are considerate of inviting visitors, but have been taken advantage of and been given vague information on multiple occasions so we feel the need to make sure we have accurate information about the nature of events.
