«Great villa and location. Just a stones throw from the protaras "strip" but situated in a nice quiet residential area. Lidl, a two minute walk. Facilities good and everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Loved the area as great restaurants, beautiful coastal walk and great water sports for the kids. «Sehr schöne Villa , man hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut geklappt, meistens über Email oder WhatsApp. Auf eine Antwort musste man nicht lange warten! Zum Strand sind wir meistens zu Fuß gelaufen, beim Einkaufen war der Leihwagen schon vorteilhaft. Im ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und nur zu empfehlen!»

«We stayed in Villa Elite in July. The photos don’t do the property justice; it is much bigger than the pictures show with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend!»

«A beautiful well appointed villa with a lovely warm pool, three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Within walking distance of malama beach and the bars shops restaurant and bakeries of Kapparis. Parking, shade good WiFi, great aircon, and excellent comfy sunbeds. Bring a fire stick for TV. There’s even a lime tree in the back garden. Would recommend!»

«The villa was nice, clean and modern. Very family friendly. There were three issues. 1) the water pressure in the master bedroom en suite shower was terrible. It was reported on the first day but nobody attempted to resolve it. 2) there was hardly no wardrobe space in the master bedroom as it was reserved for the owner's belongings and was padlocked. The safe was not working.»
