«Great villa and location. Just a stones throw from the protaras "strip" but situated in a nice quiet residential area. Lidl, a two minute walk. Facilities good and everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Loved the area as great restaurants, beautiful coastal walk and great water sports for the kids. «Host communication and flexibility was above & beyond. Appreciated coordination with airport transfer. Efficient WiFi on the first floor. Easy access with check-in and check-out. «Das Haus ist großartig, der Blick auf das Meer unbezahlbar. Und der Service super. Leider muss einiges repariert werden: Die Vorhänge sind teils ausgerissen, die Stufe in den Pool fehlte. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die vor der nächsten Saison repariert werden sollten. Auch fehlen kleine gemütliche Lampen mit warmen Licht. Das würde das Haus noch besser machen.»

Would have gave it 5 stars but there are tiles missing in the pool resulting in a couple of minor cuts on feet and the large bed by the pool could do with either replacing or painting as it is a bit scruffy looking.»

«We stayed in Villa Elite in July. The photos don’t do the property justice; it is much bigger than the pictures show with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend!»
