«Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.»

«Gorgeous location right off Smiths reef for snorkeling, swimming,beaching,great pool right on top of the beach. House is as close to the beach as you can get. The whole family enjoyed it tremendously. We normally don’t go back to the same island in the Caribbean but are already talking about going back to this house. «We stayed at this villa for my birthday with a group of 15, and it was absolutely amazing. The house is spacious with seven gorgeous bedrooms and 6.5 baths – perfect for large groups (though I’d recommend 14 guests for max comfort as one person was on the couch all week).
