«Small house in a very nice neighborhood. Small beach was a three minute walk away. The house had most everything you could need including snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas. Communication with the owner was good. Do not hesitate to rent as this was an excellent choice.»

«We ( family of 4)had a wonderful time staying at this lovely villa. It was so peaceful, away from the Grace Bay Bay Area and all the resorts. The day we arrived there was a torrential down pour and there was some flooding on our drive from the airport- and we regretted our choice in car rental, but the car managed fine on some pot holes roads. «The house is beautiful and the staff is nice; if you dont like seeing the housekeeper and property manager popping up in and at the house unannounced every single day then this isn't the place for you; Master bedroom is huge and nice but was hot the entire week and the TV in the master bedroom was broken; I also didn't like that you have to pay a light bill upon checking out but other than those few things the house is amazing »

«This was the perfect space for my daughter (15), mother (78) and me (50). The property is peaceful and very well cared for. A short walk to quiet part of the beach and easy drive to sights, shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year!»

«The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. »

«My husband and I stayed at The Atrium for 9 days for our babymoon and we were absolutely blown away. Very spacious living condition, kitchen, washer/dryer, loved the accessibility with the pool, close to our favorite beach on the island, Leeward Beach and a shuttle ride to/from the beach provided along with beach towels, beach loungers and sun umbrella. «Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic.
