«Absolutely shattered after a long day cycling to Vibo, really friendly efficient check in and then a super nice bartender ( rocksi I think ) who went out of her way to make me a sandwich as the kitchen was closed, then negotiated the restaurant opening 30 mins early for me so I could eat and sleep ready for tomorrows ride. «Lovely location near the Norman cathedral in a charming little town. Many steep steps to reach the premises. Nice and absolutely clean room with the latest fashion in bathroom equipment. No English-speaking tv-channels.I was to leave early next morning and was told the reception would be open from 7:30 and breakfast to be served from 8:00. Nobody there. At 8:15 the staff came along, not exactly in a hurry. I did not get my prepaid breakfast that morning.»

Although the front desk staff was kind (beware only speaks italian), the rooms are severely outdated (for example no TV in room, fridge and AC both appeared not to be functional), the dining menu is laughable (pre-selection of all meals each day with extremely limited choices and 500ml of water), the facilities are old and in need or renovation, the wifi is inexistant (we could not find any signal for the entire time we were at this property) AND the worst ...
