«What a wonderful place to spend 7 days & nights. Done a fair bit of driving through the Fjords over a couple of trips and the road up to Urke and our final destination takes some beating. Amazing place. An added bonus was getting out onto the Fjord on the boat that comes with wth cottage. Thank you Thorunn for all your help and advice which all added to making it an unforgettable few days.»

«We felt very comfortable in the well-maintained, well-equipped cabin. The stay is absolutely recommended. Very friendly landlady. Only the adjacent trails were only sporadically groomed. This needs to be improved. Otherwise five stars for the cabin and surroundings.»

«We loved the cabin with its stunning views, handy location, and excellent facilities. Urke and Noringfjord are absolutely beautiful, with mountains raising directly from the water. We had an absolutely brilliant time despite rainy weather - made good use of the boat for fishing, climbed to Saksa, and walked down to the village bar/restaurant, as well as exploring local sights, which are easy to reach by car. «This cottage so close to the sea, was really a pearl. We woke up to the sound from the waves. The morning coffee we enjoyed on one of the two terraces looking at the picturesque view . So nice and cozy place with a soul (one of the places you would really like to keep as a secret and not to tell anyone). «The property is well appointed and very nicely curated in a beautiful setting. The proprietor is very friendly and extremely helpful. For us it served as a very nice base while we explored the area for a few days. What is not immediately obvious from the photos is that this property is right next door to the owner's house which really limits your privacy somewhat.
