Some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. When we tried to modify our stay several months before the check-in date, the staff were extremely difficult to deal with and refused to accommodate any changes. Unfortunately, the same attitude continued during the check-in process. The staff were simply rude and showed no sense of hospitality or interest in welcoming new guests. We were also told that our room had been downgraded because of our late check-in. At no point prior to our arrival were we informed that there was a time limit for checking in. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic hospitality made what should have been a pleasant stay unnecessarily frustrating.
