«If you want old school charm...this is the place to go. It's a beautiful setting overlooking the river in Bracebridge. There are beautiful seating areas and the rooms all have balconies that look over the river. It's quiet, serene, peaceful. Although they don't have cable, they do have Netflix! Breakfast was included (which is rare these days) and it was a beautiful arrangement of basics (nothing hot except your toast or a bagel) but there was plenty there to start your day off with a full ...

«Cozy, quaint hotel with real early American New England feel. Our room was at the far end from the Old Salt Restaurant so we didn't hear any noise from there. I have no idea if rooms closer to the Old Salt can hear anything from there or not. If I am ever staying in that part of New Hampshire again, I would happily stay at Lamie's again.»
