«If you are headed to Fairbanks, you can’t find a more centrally located place to hang out. It was very clean, spacious, easy to access, extremely well stocked and the laundry appliances were top notch! Thank you for a great experience!»

«Kitchen was sorely lacking in supplies. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin. There was no hot tub which is why I booked this place. The owner said it was a miscommunication. But his listing is misleading. There were no hangers or dressers for us to put our clothes in. This property wasn't close to anything. There were no smoke detectors and there was black mold. I will not use VRBO again if this is the kind of properties you let list.»

«Brilliant ! Home from home! Extremely helpful and kind. Beds very comfortable Laundry everything you needed. Loved the little touches! Everything you need and wish for is there Easy to get to restaurants and supermarkets Would definitely stay again»

«Comfortable furniture, easy access»

«The property was perfect. Easy to find, very clean, comfortable with so many amenities available. The host has amazing communication. They worked hard to help with our ever-changing itinerary. I highly recommend this property for its convenience and comfort. I would stay here again when in town.»

«It’s a beautiful property. We had a moose with 2 babies visit us a few times. That was a thrill. The stairs are a bit steep going to the master bedroom but there are good hands rails to help. I works stay again. Loved it.»

«This is an older 2 bedroom rental with basic amenities. It met our needs and did have wonderful baseboard heating !!!»

«A cozy little gem as close to the airport as possible (just 2 minutes). Tucked away and very private. The perfect spot for a 2 am arrival!»

«We had 5 adults and enjoyed the house, which was clean and nicely appointed, Our main comment involves the lack of adequate kitchen dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Most rentals have an abundance of these, but we barely had enough for each meal and thus had to run the dishwasher several times over the 2 days we were there. (Also, we couldn't find a cutting board -- a key for people who like to cook.) Outfitting the kitchen a bit more extensively would be helpful. Also, our crew had some ...

«Everything was perfect. House is lovely in a nice setting about 10m outside Fairbanks. Everything worked great - kitchen well stocked and host was super nice and helpful. Will 100% stay again when back in Fairbanks.»

«Great little home away from home in Alaska! The house was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was wonderful and communication was excellent. And apparently she has connections with Mother Nature—she even arranged for it to start snowing just as we arrived! 🤣❄️ Now THAT’S an Alaskan welcome! We had a great stay and would happily stay again.»
