«The place was absolutely beautiful! The host went above and beyond, surprising us with birthday decorations for my daughter, which made our stay extra special. Three adults stayed comfortably, and the space was incredibly well-equipped—everything you could possibly need and more. The location was perfect—easy walk to shops, restaurants, and just 10 minutes to the Seabus for quick access to downtown. The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. «We stayed in this houseboat for two nights while chartering a fishing trip out of Venice. A place to stay does not need to be fancy, but it should at least be clean. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the pans in the drawer were all greasy, the stovetop had food all over it and the sink wasn’t clean. On top of this, the dishwasher didn’t work. I don’t know who cleans the place but they need to do a better job, bathrooms included. Would not book again because of this. »

"Awesome location a short walk from Broadway in the heart of Manhattan. The rooms are spacious, are well equipped and have comfortable beds, but they're aging and clearly haven't been updated recently. All in all we were very happy with the hotel, and while it's not exactly cheap (nothing is in Manhattan) it has pretty good value, relative to the competition."
