«The location was fantastic, with a short walk to both the beach and nearby shops. My dog, Lola, loved running freely on the beach and had the time of her life. It was easy to access several nearby walking tracks. Communication with the hosts was excellent; Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again for having us—we hope to return soon!»

«The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney!»

«Meral is an amazing host. We were there for the Sydney Ne Years celebration. The house is located approximately 25-35 mins from downtown, which gave us a great area to be in. Not to close or to far. «When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. «The unit was new, modern and roomy. Located in an older neighborhood, the house was comfortable. While in flight path of international airport, after 2200 and before 0600, its hardly noticeable. The house was clean, though lacked some basic cleaning supplies (sponge, paper towels) and upon arrival, there was a noticeable antiseptic smell covering what seemed to be of "dirty diapers".»

«The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates).
