«We spent 4 days in the Iona's house. Il was a very nice stay. We enjoyed Sydney and it was a real pleasure to come back in Birchgrove at night to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood and rest in the house. The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The decor is very personal and we loved it !Iona was very friendly and we have no encountered any problem. Great stay !»

«The property was clean and light and airy. Husband and I are used to a king bed, so it was not so comfortable for us. A small thing though, just what we are used to I guess. I would gave liked to gave had some milk in the fridge so after our 6 hour drive, we could have just chilled on the balcony with a cuppa. Another small thing, but important I think. It was a great stay, in a great house on a great location. Highly recommended»

«Well located cottage, easy walk to town.. We enjoyed our stay. It is an older home with alot of character. One bathroom/toilet. Beds very comfortable. Heaters in all rooms are great. Negatives are small- tv remote on/off switch dosent work, have to do at tv- this is mentioned in owners notes. Shower drips constanly, but you cant hear from bedrooms so didnt bother us to much. We had to buy tissues and more toilet paper. Cane table and chairs out front, quite worn out, had alot of spider webs. 1x ...
