"Rommet var rent og pent og servicen strålende. Prøvde å bestilte mat til rommet vi qr kode som ikke fungerte så måtte fysisk ned i baren og bestille. Bestilte burger som var tørr, overstekt og overpriset. "

"Loved it. Loved the bar and pool and sauna at the 20th floor plus nice lounge downstairs and pool table and table tennis in the basement. The room we had was quite small but we liked it even if the bathroom perhaps was a bit too small. But we didn't care. It's all modern and comfy. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of someone smoking weed in the hallway, but it didn't bother us much."

"I have been In London many times, but this is he best hotel ever! So nice people working there. We got the Chess room, and it was large, clean and had everything We needed. Fantastic pillows, wardrobes and mini bar. No carpets on the floor (perfect for my allergic son). Possible to sleep with open window. I will come back!"
