The hotel premise is lovely and spacious, ample parking. The entrance is grand and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room is a little smaller but practical

Had a one night stay the room was very nice and must’ve been recently renovated as could still smell the paint. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar is nice and I had breakfast which was also nice - lots of choice. The grounds are so lovely there are nice walks there is also a pool. I would just say the hotel itself is very tired in places - but maybe this will be re decorated as some point. Would defo stay again.

For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability.
I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up.

"The Tower hotel has a great location. Right by the Thames, Tower Bridge, walking distance to The Tower, the Sky Garden, the Shard. Room was spacious looking out over St Katherine’s Marina. Breakfast a bit chaotic, if you can avoid busy times it’s better. Decor is a little tired. But clean."
