«Floors squeaked with every step. WiFi was only pay for city service. Kitchen floor had buckle d vinyl. Dishwasher would not open fully due to baseboard. No instructions for parking or equipment in flat, such as washer, Tzv, available overnight»

«The apartment is very nice and in a great location. Jacob's ladder was fun to climb, and the pictures and view makes it worth it! My only complaint is that it is on the 2nd floor (3rd if you're from the USA). With an older mother, it was difficult. Maybe state that on the listing.»

«The Wee Bank House is perfect in every way. So much attention to detail with everything we needed for our short stay in Oban. Lots of extra little touches including a wee dram on arrival, coffee pods and lovely local toiletries. Exceptionally clean and a friendly host. Highly recommend. »

«Overall a great spot and nice little apartment. My only suggestion is that the couch and bed need upgrading as they are important. Also the parking directions should simply state “park on the street or across the street”. We parked in the back, not seeing the parking sign that was leaned against the building behind a van hence in the morning we were met by a terse older Scot who was none too happy that we parked there unknowingly. There was also a green plastic glass that apparently was cracked ...

Bedrooms and bathroom recently decorated and beds comfortable but both bedrooms could do with some more furniture (dressing table/chair/hooks?). Not as well equipped as expected and some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing (saucepans and utensils). Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden (wichtig, wenn man mit dem Auto in Oban ist, da die Straßen oft sehr eng und Parkplätze Mangelware sind). Und über einen Fußweg ist man in ein paar Minuten im Stadtzentrum mit seinen Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen, mit viel Grün herum. Der Gastgeber ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Tipps, was man in der Nähe unternehmen kann. ...

«Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Man hat sowohl vom Wohn-/Esszimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer/Bett einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen von Oban. Unsere Bedenken hinsichtlich störender Geräusche aus dem im EG befindlichen Restaurant haben sich nicht bestätigt. Allerdings „liefert“ die Hauptstrasse von früh morgens bis spät abends gravierenden Verkehrslärm … das hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung im 2. «As noted in the title, everything at your fingertips. Stunning views of harbour and mountains. Just a note for those with limited mobility - there are quite a few stairs involved but that pretty much was everywhere I stayed in Scotland. Overall, clean, beautiful and a very attentive host.»
