«When we arrived to the reception, the woman there was unfriendly and told us to contact the phone number to reach the manager as she had nothing to do with the room we booked. They didn’t have any wifi in reception and we used fortune on the roaming as they were transferring me to different people. Finally when I reached them, they told the earliest check in is at 4 pm and there was no place to store the luggage and no parking available. «We had the best time staying at Kona Tiki Hotel! We loved hearing the waves crash in at night and the slow-down island vibe of the hotel. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and had everything we needed, took advantage of the beach equipment and book shelf and enjoyed our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Awesome place to stay to truly relax on vacation!»
