«The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. »

«We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. «If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!»

«A fantastic place to stay! We found this place on the day that Kona airport closed due to a runway crack. Diana is a great host. We arrived there almost midnight, Diana waited for us and helped us get settled in. Next morning, we woke up to an amazing sea view. «The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am.»

«My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs.
