«These are a little older, but not bad for the price. They have a 10:00 am check out time and the host at check in would not even consider an 11:00 am check out, which is pretty standard in the industry. There is no way they can clean all the units right at 10:00. We also met another host on property that was not a happy person at all! These property hosts seem like a bunch on cranky people that hate life and their jobs. Not sure I would stay here again, even if it is cheaper. »

«Walking distance to train and bus transportation. Walking distance to the Strip District. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Room was quiet, even tho there was a wedding taking place in the hotel. It is a very lovely restored building. Staff was friendly and helpful.»

«A great stay. The property is well kept, the apt had everything and was in great condition with a balcony facing west. The only drawback is that the pool isn’t heated, so it is quite cold.»

«This certainly was a place for selv-improvement. One week, but no hot water in the shower, did wonders to stomach freezing showers. And mentally, a machine park of AC ventilators weighed heavily, especially at nighttime. The stay was a little like reading a self-help book, but of course much more expensive. However, it felt safe, the location is really good and communications swift. »

«Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley ...

«Very nice area, close to everything in Fort Lauderdale. Quiet and big rooms. Very nice with the easy check-in and out. We loved the included parking and many parking-options. Nice room, a home-kind of feeling. You get what you pay for.»
