«The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

«Me and my wife have made the trip annually to TN and Blue Ridge area for many years now. This was our absolute favorite. Being in the mountains, we always prefer to spend most of our time outside. The outdoor space was incredible. The house itself was very clean and the rustic charm made us feel instantly like we belonged there. Will book again if circumstance and availability allow.»

«I can't say enough good things about this place! First of all, the host, Brad was amazing! Always available to answer any questions, left us an amazing apple pie! The house itself was gorgeous! Stocked with everything we needed. It was so beautiful! We all wished we could live there lol. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable! We slept in several mornings! The kids loved all the games! And our favorite part were the droves of deer that came every day. we cant wait to come back!»
