Beautiful view, watch the sunset, easy access to Perkins Pond in the front yard, pine needle carpet - bring your crocks or Googone to get the sap off the bottom of your feet. We had a wonderfully peaceful girls' weekend and can't wait to do it again!»

Cabin was clean, well situated and all expectations were met, with eco friendliness in mind. «My husband and I were very pleased with the quiet and clean cabin. The weather was great for the month of May. We loved the screened in porch and the fact that we had kayaks to use right on the property. The only drawback was that you had to go to the sandbar for swimming as the cove was a bit marshy. We would definitely consider coming again.»

«Cabin was perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for our 3 year old and 9 year old to feel like they both had their own space. Cabin located in quiet area and short 5 minute drive to great hiking trails and Newfound Lake and 10 minute drive to downtown Bristol with great coffee shops. Ragged Mountain only 20 minutes away and Gunstock only 40 so easy to enjoy skiing, snow tubing, hiking and so much more. Extended our stay an additional night because we didn’t want to leave. «The lake cabin was lovely, it was quiet and really private. The property has a great fire pit patio that was fun at night. I highly recommend this property for either a fun week at the lake during the summer or a ski vacation at the winter!»

«This studio was nicely refinished and perfect for a solo week-long getaway. I appreciated the screened-in porch in the evenings. The location was great, with a beach across the street, Wellington State Park a short drive, and many beautiful hikes nearby. The mattress, however, had a blood stain on it which I found repulsive. I would suggest bringing a mattress pad along with your linens.»

«This property was as described. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the porch with Baptist Pond just steps away. Appreciated the cooling fans in the living room and bedrooms, which did not get too hot during our summer stay. We didn't use the kayak or paddleboat, but one of us did swim in the pond for exercise. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinners out in nearby New London (good restaurants there!). Overall, a comfortable spot for friends to relax and connect.»
