«I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cold beers on site. Fully fenced in property with bikes and kayaks for exploring. Awesome dogs on site. «Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) «We have been staying at Grand Colony for years. The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of.
