«Property has good amenities and is in a great location, but is not overall a place that I would want to stay for a while: the construction is shoddy (uneven floors, poor fitting doors, single-paned windows admitting noise) and there is a lot of noise from the nearby street. Definitely okay for a few days. Bring earplugs!»

«We were in Austin with a few family members for our son’s UT graduation. This home was the perfect place to hang out between events. Awesome large backyard patio to hang out on with great views. «Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown.
