«Everything neat n clean, lots of tvs. Didn't find a dish towel, but paper towels available. Loved that dogs were allowed and that it had a big washer n dryer, since those were two definites to have that were on our list. Host was quick to tell us options on parking with our trailer here too. Thx!»

«The sheets on the bed were covered in dog and pubic hair. The manager wanted me to buy new sheets at Dollar General. Cleaning lady washed them and put them in the dryer at 9:00 pm. Had to make the bed myself. The bed consisted of a box spring and mattress upon the floor still covered in plastic (a blessing in disguise, no bugs). The area is like Appalachia in CA. Everything out of business no where to eat other than a Mom and Pop grocery and a Gas station Subway. »

«This property was perfect for our needs. We chose the location because of familiarity to restaurants and shopping. Our reservation started immediately with a prompt contact by owner Patrick. He responded promptly in a timely matter the few times I contacted him. The property was very clean and was very quiet during our entire stay. «My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. My daughter has also been asking to go camping for at least a year and we weren’t ready to buy all the equipment. "The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude? The place was otherwise clean and practically located."
