«Had a wonderful relaxing fall weekend. The location was perfect with the river flowing in the background, the home is warm and cozy. The glass window marked with previous visitors notes is a really nice touch. The dining room table is amazing too. Definitely would recommend! 5 stars»

«The house is so beautiful, clean and spacious. Listing is accurate but the pictures do do it justice. The place is stunning and quiet. The association pool was very well kept. My husband loved kayaking in the lake. It is definietly set in the country but that what exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to both storyland and our family in Bridgton so it was the perfect spot for us. Thanks for a great stay. We are already looking to stay for future dates!»

«Great stay. Very easy to find and check in, very safe property off the road with little traffic and as it's a small neighborhood all the traffic is slow. Took 3 young kids (3,3,8) and they loved it. The chalet is warm and cozy, two lower bedrooms and the loft which can sleep 3-4. the kids loved sleeping in the loft. There were plenty of heaters and a gas stove so the chalet gets nice and warm. «We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. Would recommend streamlining instructions, and removing trash as we had ...

«The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach.
