«This property just outside of Ely was the perfect location for our weekend four-wheeling adventure. Great trail right out our door. The property manager left us maps, ideas of where to eat and shop, and even som treats for the trails. Five star all the way! We highly recommended and plan on returning soon. Thank you!»

«My son was graduating from UMD. Duluth "proper" was crazy busy, so we greatly enjoyed this VRBO away from the hussle and bussle. Nick was an amazing communicator, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was to our liking. The food next door was FANTASTIC and everyone working was beyond pleasant. We WILL be going back in the future!»

«Nicely remodeled and very well appointed cabin, especially for being dog friendly! We appreciated all the comfortable beds and lounging spots, indoor and outdoor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grills were nice as well. Being able to launch our boat right next to the dock was very convenient. We enjoyed the games and puzzle table downstairs, and the bonfire pit. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin, and allowing dogs too, we really loved the stay!»

«A lovely cabin in the woods. Very clean, beautiful view, lots of space. Very responsive hosts. We did end up moving the boats to a marina- even with the map the bay is a challenge to navigate- Especially for big, deeper draft boats.»

«We needed a place within proximity for a party we would be attending. This was a lucky find to have the necessities and room to prepare food. The house is laid out so that we had plenty of room to relax and have our own spaces. The pool table and sauna added to our great time. Would definitely stay here again! The owners could not be any nicer.»

«Property was as advertised and very clean. We were comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us and our two dogs. Hubby would appreciate a TV antenna for local channels vs just streaming service, but wifi worked great. Nice boat dock and quick access to great fishing spots as well as a nice setup for fish cleaning. Host was very responsive and we had no issues during our 6 day stay. Will definitely rebook.»

«We were able to spend a long weekend at John and Amber’s place with extended family. The home layout was perfect to split our two families in having our own sides of the house, alongside the open shared spaces. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the stay and the open yard allowed for space to run and play. Communication with John was easy before and throughout the stay.»

«The property was nice overall. The backyard was underwhelming with wood chips in place of grass, and the bugs at night were awful, potentially the worst I have ever experienced. The patio and back deck were great for hanging out otherwise.»

«Nice place, clean and quiet. If your going to atv though the access isnt quite set up for a 1 ton diesel truck and an enclosed atv trailer. We did see a bull moose on the trip which was our goal way in the backcountry.»

«Fun stay " up north" in an historic one room log cabin. The cabin is small - I can't imagine 4 people there. Queen bed and two twins (that double as couches) were comfortable with lots of pillows. 2 recliners and a table with 4 chairs. Kitchen and bath are well stocked. The cabin is full of cool antiques and an eclectic lot of paintings and prints - definitely maximulist in decor. Jeff was a good host.
