The 105' of private natural sand shoreline, 4 separate decks, firepit with Charcoal BBQ area and not to mention the level front yard are perfect for lawn games and making memories. The full gourmet kitchen has more than enough to items to make a feast for your crew including all service and beverage station needs. Full luxury linens and towels provided. With two separate living rooms, the Great Room features a gas fireplace along with smart TV, the Living Room has views of Big Bay and direct lake access. Private loft above garage that features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, lounge/game area with smart TV, and a 3/4 bathroom. New floating dock (total length 40 foot with power at base) installed Spring 2021 as well as new flooring in the Bunk House. The Bunk House is available all year and can accommodate up to 4 adults. The home can sleep 8 adults comfortably.

Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Tavern in the Bay bar and grill is within walking distance! Or you can boat over (less than 5 min) and eat lunch or dinner looking over the waters of Lake Vermilion.

This property has all the conveniences of your own private beach, walking distance to local bar 'n grill, snowmobile trails, close to either town Tower (15 min) or Cook (20 min) and gives you the privacy you deserve! Super quiet area with the most gorgeous sunrises and scenery. Boat launch just 1 mile away in Everett Bay!

~ Grand Island Tahoe 2480 Fish & Ski Tritoon Pontoon w/ 150 HP 4-stroke Mercury outboard. It has a Humminbird Helix 9 Sonar/GPS/Mega Down-Imaging & Side-Imaging with a Lake Master High Definition Map Chip. Captain's chair, 4 pedestal seats, 3 bench seats with a max capacity of 10 passengers. Bimini top, rear swim ladder, ski/tube bar, live-well, baitwell, rod & tackle storage.
2022 model: weekly rate is $2125 + tax.
2021 model: weekly rate is $1875 + tax.

~2020 Alaskan Lund 16' Tiller fishing boat is a must have for the avid angler who is visiting Lake Vermilion because of its reputation as one of Minnesota's top fishing destinations. This boat is equipped with a MinnKota transom mounted trolling motor, 60hp tiller Mercury outboard, Humminbird Helix 9 with Sonar/GPS/LakeMaster Map Chip/Mega Side & Down Imaging, live well, and a full tank of gas. Weekly rate is $875 + tax.

~ Brand New 2022 16' Lund SSV fishing boat equipped with 15HP Mercury motor. These boats come standard with life jackets, oars and a full tank of gas for all your fishing and trolling needs. Weekly rate is $500 + tax.

~Old Town 17' Fiberglass canoe can seat up to two people, life jackets included as well as oars. Weekly rate is $150 + tax.

~One person kayak rental is the ultimate way to catch your shore lunch and brag to your buddies who are drooling over your social media posts. Not only can you catch fish but also explore the quiet bays and shallow waters of beautiful Lake Vermilion. for additional fee. Weekly rate is $125 + tax.

~Stand up paddleboard along with paddle available for rent. Prefer to get a little more exercise in while vacationing? Perhaps even race your partner around an island and back? Our 11.5’ stand up paddleboards are exactly what you need for the ultimate vacation at Birchwood Lane. $100 + tax weekly rate per board.

You can bring your own water toys too! Just note, there is no private boat launch on-site. Closest boat launch is in Everett's Bay, just a short 5 minute drive from our home. There is trailer parking on-site at this home. Please ask us!
