«We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home ...

«We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). «Outstanding stay at butterfly barn, couldn’t fault anything. The place was very clean and tidy on arrival, the check in process was easy and Stephanie is a lovely host. Nothing was too much for Stephanie, she was able to accommodate all our needs flawlessly, which made the stay that much better. «This place could be very nice, if maintained properly. However, the lights in the living room did not work, and there was laundry hanging in the living room. We notified the owner, but did not hear back after the initial phone call. The water in the shower did not reach the showerhead, as it was leaking. So we could not shower. The place was dirty, kitchen quite sticky and there were condom wrappers under the bed. Lots of empty bottles and cigarette butts in the yard. Obviously we will not be ...

«This 2 bed apartment is in a new building. It is very spacious, clean with nice furnishings and decor. Balcony has a great view over the river estuary. Car park is secure and operated by a good security gate. This was a slight problem with the check-in link provided by host but the host recognised this and provided good communication and assistance so no real problem with actual check-in. Would stay again.»

The property itself was a great base with more than enough sleeping space for the 6 of us.
