«I was worried about the downstairs bedroom being cold and I messaged the host. He replied straight away and sent round a heater. Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but overall it was a lovely stay, thank you. »

«We were a couple traveling from the United States, both in our later 50s. We ended up not staying in the room. After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. «It was a really quirky, fun and unique property, and communicating with the host was great. The bed was comfortable, but missing the top sheet. The electrical is weird; the clothes dryer kicked out frequently. Largest complaint with this rental was cleanliness, which was subpar.»
