«My family and I had an amazing stay at Ringling Beach House. My husband and I brought our two toddlers and had the best time. The check in was organized and easy, the apartment was clean, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach as well as all of the attractions in Siesta Key! The pool was also beautiful and so warm. «It’s 2 floors and NO ELEVATOR. Not a problem for us, but I can see this being an issue for many others.The young man working the front desk was really nice and very helpful. Gave us lots of suggestions for food and local attractions. The beach is about a mile away, but there are busy streets and lots of cross walks to get there. We ended up using Citibike to get down there. Plenty of yummy spots to eat within walking distance (even Dunkin and McD’s super close). Room was clean but not much ...

«Looked like a nice place on line. Once checked into the room it was a different story. Observed mold coming through ceiling in bathroom, horrible water pressure, ridiculous placement of sink in bathroom, and roaches all over the place. I would not stay here again if it was free. »

«Quiet clean apartment right on the river walk. Location is in a good location, directly across from Las Olas Blvd. It’s a short walk either via the tunnel or the 3rd Ave bridge. Had a full kitchen. They don’t provide any coffee, salt, pepper if you’re planning on cooking. »

«Clean room, helpful staff. Beautiful beach. Got the room with no windows except one in the bathroom. Heard every step from the people upstairs walking. Which kept us up. And the ac kept making loud noises all night. If ur booking book one with a balcony but it’s pricey.»

«There was nothing comfy nor chic about the studio I stayed in. The pictures are deceptive. The property is run-down and the room needs a serious renovation. The decoris not chic, terrible, and nothing matches. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The wall behind the bed has visible signs of water damage from the AC, which is EXTREMELY loud might I add. The bathroom is tiny, has mold on the ceiling and there's no shower glass to prevent the floor from getting wet. .»
