«My son and I on a 3-day fishing trip on the St Johns River. Never had any contact with the host; and it turns out we didn't need any. Instructions were clear. We walked in and the place was all ready for us. Clean. Nicely remodeled older small home on the river. Great dock. Our Gheenoe cosied up nicely for the night. A friendly neighbor gave us great fishing tips. »

«This was the cutest place to stay for our honeymoon! The staff was so kind and left us a bottle of wine. It was a quiet secluded area. If you’re ready to unplug and unwind this was perfect. Cell service works totally fine but who needs it when you’re in such a wonderful location! There was a grill and lots of extra amenities in the mill and the lodge. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer!! »

«Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so ...

«Our stay was wonderful! The home is spacious and was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen and the host brought us fresh quail eggs one morning. It was so fun to wake up and visit the goats, pigs, turkeys and Nellie the cow before heading out for the day. Highly recommend. »

«We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. The photos do not show the age (& frankly) & cleanliness of this property. It is much more dated decor, the cheapness of EVERYTHING was ...
