«We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! «First I will say the communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive. The house looks exactly like the photos. The washer/dryer is in a separate outdoor storage space. The house is a 3/2 I think it would sleep a family of 6 comfortably. If you include the sofa then maybe two additional children can be added. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from a lot of great locations in Miami. Cons:The bathroom was not cleaned.»

«This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking.
