«This place is located beautifully, at the entrance of Amboseli and with a stunning views of Kilimanjaro. It’s a close drive to Kilimanjaro Baloon Safaris, a professional company which takes you to unforgettable early mornings balloon rides. Service was quite good at Kibo, the food was ok. Desserts were plain, and being emptied quickly without being filled again The rooms aer beautifully done in true African style. We asked for floors to be cleaned, twice, something that hasn’t been done There ...

«Heather (a/c unit) wasn't functioning well and nights were freezing. We reported that but nothing was done. 3 nights of suffering. Although the place is amazing - freezing nights without heating are not worth it. Leaving the fireplace on at night is not an option. Also, originally we booked 2 nights and couldn't get to add a third night so ended up booking another night separately. As a result we were charged twice for the cleaning fee. We asked for a refund and were refused. They didn't even ...

Novotel Marrakech Hivernage

8/10 Bra

"Flott beliggenhet og hyggelig Personalet"

Le Riad Monceau

10/10 Utmerket

"10/10 in Marrakech. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast and a great representation of the Moroccan hospitality. Greeted with a complimentary cup of warm mint tea to cope with the summer heat while the bags were carried to the room, a professional way to get you settled in. The room was already cold down by the aircondition, and there were a complementary bottle of water and some peaches (since they were in season). There was also a mini fridge with some “minibar” items but also space for your own things. The Riad provided a stable WiFi throughout the venue, since all the menus are online (by QR-code) to save paper. The food at La Pergola (the rooftop restaurant) and Le Bistro Arab are worth a visit with their solid flavours and fusions, remember to book ahead . Le Bistro Arab provides live jazz music every evening that can be seen and heard from every floor of the Riads balconies. If you are so lucky to book the spa you are in for a professional and spectacular massage, highly recommend it. The reception knows the city like the back of the hand and can help you plan your navigation through the old streets of Marrakech and even book you the transportation to take you wherever you want to go. This place is a gem and we will definitely return next time we come back."
