«The experience was horrible. First day when we arrived we were accommodated in some old facility - the sink was leaking, the bed was squieking, towels were dirty. In the morning from 6 am someone was shouting, laughing and so on. The curtains were very see through, there was no personal space. Next day we were moved to the other place which was better but still the same problems and it was very cold inside. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE and overpriced. Me and my husband got food poisoned after the dinner. ...

«This is more of a guest house than a lodge. Accommodations are basic, which is why the label of "lodge" is perhaps a little misleading. Like many things in Zimbabwe, this place has several things that are broken, which didn't make it an awful stay, but when added up, they detract from the overall quality of the establishment. For example, the door on the shower stall did not shut all the way, and we had to ask for more bath towels for our family. Breakfast was included, but it's provided in a ...

Novotel Marrakech Hivernage

8/10 Bra

"Flott beliggenhet og hyggelig Personalet"

Le Riad Monceau

10/10 Utmerket

"10/10 in Marrakech. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast and a great representation of the Moroccan hospitality. Greeted with a complimentary cup of warm mint tea to cope with the summer heat while the bags were carried to the room, a professional way to get you settled in. The room was already cold down by the aircondition, and there were a complementary bottle of water and some peaches (since they were in season). There was also a mini fridge with some “minibar” items but also space for your own things. The Riad provided a stable WiFi throughout the venue, since all the menus are online (by QR-code) to save paper. The food at La Pergola (the rooftop restaurant) and Le Bistro Arab are worth a visit with their solid flavours and fusions, remember to book ahead . Le Bistro Arab provides live jazz music every evening that can be seen and heard from every floor of the Riads balconies. If you are so lucky to book the spa you are in for a professional and spectacular massage, highly recommend it. The reception knows the city like the back of the hand and can help you plan your navigation through the old streets of Marrakech and even book you the transportation to take you wherever you want to go. This place is a gem and we will definitely return next time we come back."
