"This hotel has an acceptable standard, but does not have the qualities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean and of average standard, but there are few light sources (lamps), and the lamp in our toilet was so weak that we had to use the flashlight/torch on our phones to get enough light. The breakfast was generally good, but the dining hall was very dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. In case you intend to use the fitness room, please be aware that although the room is quite large, it is practically empty. There are no (!) weights, mats or other standard gym equipment. Except for one treadmill, three stationary bikes and a small wall bar, the fitness room is completely empty. "

"The airline lost my bag. The hotel told me repeatly that my bag was on its way. Lots of times I was informed it was just about to arrive. It finally arrived 45 hours after my check in. I don’t know if it was incompetence or what it was, but I’d expect a classic 5* hotel to either retreive my bag (i’d be happy even if it had cost me $300) or get someone else to get it for me. The staff in the execetive lounge was very friendly. "

"Overall the stay was nice. In regards of the breakfast, it was allt of variety but not that much I could eat as in lactose intolerant and have gluten allergi. The room was amazing, lost of space, big bed and a big closet. It was very cold in the room, and we couldnt adjust the heating. But other than that it was comfortable and safe. Easy access to taxis and big on security."
