«Loved this hotel. It's so cute and has a really great vibe. The staff is friendly. Check in was easy, we were greeted at the door and at the front desk. «I recently stayed there for the Kansas City Royals/ New York Yankees series. Very close walk to the stadium (10 minutes) when I first pulled up to the hotel thought it might have been a shady area to walk to the game, but there were tons of people walking to and back to the hotel after.. A/C was cold.. only issue I had was my room ran out of hot water on the Wednesday night and then on Thursday morning. Not sure about other rooms Overall was a good experience. Will go back! «The hotel looks worse now than it did 10 years ago, nothing has been done to improve it other than some partly, new furniture in the reception area. Housecleaning was terrible ! Even after complaint, they were not able to manage as you should expect. The hotel appears as a ghost hotel and sadly, we have to find a new home away from home for our next trip to Kansas city»

«We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and modern. Wasn’t crazy about paying to park but I knew about it ahead of time. We walked to the T- Mobile center for a concert, the last 6 blocks or so was a little sketchy in the dark, but there was a lot of car traffic no other pedestrians.»

«We traveeled from OKC, OK to go to Sarah McLachlan concert at Starlight Theatre. After reading many reviews on about 15 hotels, this was the most inexpensive with good reviews for the most part.
