We truly enjoyed our stay mainly because of the kindness and friendliness of the staff, who were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent — close to everything, making it very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, the room size was practical, and the Wi-Fi functioned properly. Access to Netflix and other streaming platforms was also appreciated.
However, a few areas could be improved. The cutlery and utensils felt greasy. The refrigerator did not stay cold enough even when set to the highest level, which prevented us from properly storing food and led us to eat out instead. The shower drain was clogged, and there was occasionally a sewage-like odor.
Although the sheets and towels smelled clean, they were stained. We had to request an extra blanket as it was cold at night. The pillows were not very comfortable, and soundproofing could be improved — we could hear surrounding music and neighbors even at normal speaking volume.
Overall, we would return for the location and the quality of service. With a few improvements, the experience could easily be excellent.
