«The house was perfect in every way!! We came to Fairhope for a long weekend with friends and the house did not disappoint. It was perfect location to town, restaurants and the Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and a great bar area. The outside porch was a great area in the evening for wine and conversation. We can’t wait to come back!!»

«It’s a very nice house located right between the beach and the downtown (20 min drive either way). It worked perfectly for us as we had events scheduled in downtown and also wanted to get to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very handy. The house has a good size pool too, but the water was a bit murky and the kids were afraid of alligators, so we didn’t use it ( didn’t really had time to). Good neighborhood, grocery store is about 5 min drive.»

«We came to town for a quick visit and wedding. We didn’t get as much time as we would’ve liked at the house because of that. The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We really enjoyed everything. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone!»

«Weather was perfect and the property was very close to what listing showed. Fenced in backyard was nice for our dog but the dog next door attacking the bottom of the fence has pushed in the boards. Be careful if you have a small dog. Needs a little repair»

We returned for 3 months as "snowbirds" after a short visit last winter and were welcomed back by neighbors and friends we met the previous year. The pavilion is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and art projects. There will be another winter getaway in this spot in the future!»
