«The property is very nice, a large unit with a lot of amenities, great view from upper shared roof. Had a problem with the package Orbitz/MapQuest showing it 3-4 streets from Ferry drop off. I’ve used it for years on proper location. Switched to google after discussion with agent and unit is not to far from Downtown up and down a couple of hills also has a very steep driveway and tight turn around issues. 4 wheel drive is a must not a recommendation as noted on the property info at the very ...

«Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). There was plenty of room to spread out but we mostly met outside at the hot tub and pool whenever we weren’t on excursions. The view was truly spectacular!!! «Had a great stay. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the town's traffic noise, this is it. Great views of the town below from the terrace/balcony and kitchen. The modern and quiet air conditioning system in the kitchen was enough to cool the whole apartment, but if you need some extra cold, the bedrooms have their own AC. «The property and location were even better than the posting/pictures suggested. My wife and 2 college age kids had plenty of space and could not stop raving about every new discovery. We made the mistake of stopping by the grocery store before checking the house to find many of our basic needs, including condiments, were fully stocked at the house. «This is the perfect location if you want to be away from it all but still be close to everything. The location was quiet and serene. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning with the gorgeous view. Every day there were birds singing, cute lizards running about, and hummingbirds in the trees. Most beaches and trails were only about a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. »

«From the moment we arrived, it was clear this St. Thomas home was something special. We traveled with three families, fifteen people total, with kids ranging from eleven to eighteen, and the house could not have been better suited for a group our size.The layout is exceptional.
