«We had a lovely time at Holly's Folly. We liked the quiet and privacy of the location. Being footsteps from the calm water was very nice. My wife, the animal lover, enjoyed the daily visits from God's creatures. The caretaker cleaned the pool twice per week and shared much information about the island's wildlife. The caretaker also checked the cistern while he was there, it was very comforting to know we wouldn't run out of water during our stay. We didn't know about the lack of bathroom ...

«Our family of 6 loved the house and views of the surrounding hills and Buck Island! The rooms were spacious with lots of windows to let in the breezes, and split-unit ACs in every room for when it got too hot. The road to the house was challenging. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of seasonings, dishes, silverware, large utensils, and many appliances. The place had plenty of towels for the pool and beaches. «When we arrived on June 11th we were amazed at how beautiful the home was. We then noticed lots of dust on cabinets and under couches , the trash had been there and smelled really bad, stuff left inside of pool from maintenance guys and broken pieces of ceramic left near pool. I immediately contacted the host to let him know and showed pics so they wouldn’t think we broke anything. .He told me the maintenance guys would be there in tbe morning to clean out pool . «The house was absolutely spectacular! We had such a lovely time relaxing by the pool, dining alfresco with the sound of the waves, enjoying the beautiful views, amazing snorkling, and more. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Jonathan and Barbara were excellent hosts and even provided a pack n play when ours was lost in transit. «The house was just as beautiful in real life as it was in pictures. The views are amazing. The house staff was very attentive to our ask request. Everything was easy and laid out to even what type of car to rent to get up the steep hill. If we comeback to St. Croix in the future I will look into renting this house again if it’s available.»
