«Don't be fooled! Firstly, this is not a villa, it's essentially a cabana around a bunch of other ones connected to each other. There are lights directly outside of the room (and no curtains, just transparent, paper thin cloth) that go on and off all night, every time a car drives by, illuminating the entire bedroom. If you try and hang in the living room at night, the stadium lights from the car barge light everything up and ruin the view. The pillows were the worst, they were only the giant ...

«Very nice host who communicated well. the suite was it very well decorated and look to be recently renovated. we only stayed one night, but were impressed with the view.»

«The place is great. Really nice patio and rooftop with water views. May was great with communication the entire time. The location was not super clear but it is right up the hill from E C gas station. It’s definitely not A 5 minute walk, realistically 10-12 minutes which is not bad at all. As others have said the driveway is a very steep hill but still walkable and drivable. End of the day we had an amazing time and loved the unit.»

«Location most definitely stands out for this cottage! You are as close as you possibly could be to Cruz Bay-Restaurants, Bars, Live music, Grocery Store and Coffee Shop!You have your own entrance to your cottage which was nice, extra beach towels in the laundry room, and beach chairs and snorkel gear were also provided! Note: There is roaster that lives here and can be pretty loud in the mornings. The hill back up from the restaurant/bar area is not for the weak. Highly recommend! »

«WOULD RETURN! The cottage is clean, accommodating, has access to outdoors with a great view, and is private. The bedrooms are nicely sized and AC keeps the entire place cool. Nice size TV for downtime too. EVERYTHING is a short walk - groceries, coffee, food/drink, beach, hiking trails, ferries/taxis. SEPARATE FROM LOCATION NOTE: The walk to and from cottage to everything is a hill. There are not sidewalks for part of trip. We managed fine with our 2 kids, but can be tricky during busy traffic ...
