«The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at ...

« Everything thing from reservation to check out was great!!! We were called shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The place was clean and well sticked with plenty of room for all of our stuff. The location and views was great...just a short drive to the boardwalk. «Roy and Bonnie, have absolutely thought of everything. Their vacation units are extremely clean. Theor hospitality from the moment we arrived and Roy came to the airport to guide us back to their property. To Roy cooking conch stew and bring us a huge bowl. We didn't realize until we got to their place that Eric sold his mushrooms to my son's restaurant! "I really enjoyed staying in this hotel with the charm of the colonial time. Frederiksted is unfortunately poorly maintained (not this hotel). The pool, the balcony (which is promised in the room was a shared balcony) very nice, and the placement on the beach is super. The young receptionist could benefit from a bit more training - I guess that will come."
