«The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? «Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun.
