«This was an excellent hotel in all ways, close to the beautful beach, nice and friendly people, clean and tidy etc. There could be one minus: we could miss the breakfast, but when you are a Norwegian, and there is a kitchen with all you need, you can walk into the charming city of Frederiksted and buy what you need, so compared to all the other positive things, this is not a problem.»

«Really great place to stay. Views are incredible.»

«I really enjoyed staying in this hotel with the charm of the colonial time. Frederiksted is unfortunately poorly maintained (not this hotel). The pool, the balcony (which is promised in the room was a shared balcony) very nice, and the placement on the beach is super. The young receptionist could benefit from a bit more training - I guess that will come.»

«Fantastisk hyggeligt og beste beliggenhet»

«We had a good stay. The property was good. The surrounding areas near rhe property looks like an older town, so we did not venture over there. Resurfacing of the road was in progress while we were there. Location is far away from Christiansted; we took around 35 to 40 mins to get to Christiansted by car.»

«Helt greit men ikke noe luksus-hotell. Stort sett hyggelig personal. Man må allikevel mase litt og muligens bli litt direkte for å få ting til å skje. »

«Just what I needed to decompress from the hustle and bustle of life in main land America. Corina and Ryan's efforts to infuse history throughout the property was especially meaningful. It was a perfect mix of tranquility and modern amenities.»

«Would not go back again»

«The home is just as pictured.Very clean and cozy. Ocean view. Everything was in walking distance beach 4 min walk restaurant, and stores also. The host Charles is a really nice guy .Truly had a great time. I hope to be back soon .»

«Our stay was great»

«Excellent Stay»

«Super location for diving and snorkeling. Apartment was perfect for 2 or 3 people. Comfortable with a king bed, loveseat/sofa bed and chair. Porch had a great view and seating to relax. Even when it was warm the apartment stayed cool. Host responded to all questions in a timely manner. Pool was super clean and refreshing. Lots of seating. Power outages are a thing at times but never lasted more than an hour. Local restaurants are fun and friendly. I highly recommend and would return.»

«Being met at the airport was just the start of a most fantastic vacation! Roy and Bonnie have created a five-star experience with all the comforts of home-from-home. Peace and tranquility, surrounded by lush rainforest and yet with easy access to Centerline, made this a truly great way to get the best out of St Croix. Up-to-date appliances, including washer/dryer and reliable wifi, all added up to a superb experience.»

«We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!»

«The property is exceptionally beautiful with picturesque views. Miro, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it is a magical experience and an outstanding listing.»

«Great spot with amazing views. A couple things need fixing around the property, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall had a great time and enjoyed our stay.»
