«From the time of booking this rental to the time we checked out, communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely friendly. We gave her a call and she stayed on the phone until we found the place. The view we woke up to the next morning made it well with it. «Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short walk down the hill to the bay. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Host was a good communicator. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay and they were tended to. The place could use some tlc and upgrades. Screen door to patio was difficult to close.»
