«It's a beautiful, very clean, well stocked condo overlooking the ocean. There are two fabulous restaurants within walking distance, a breakfast lunch place and a nice dinner place on the beach with the best Caribbean lobster. There are lots of activities onsite but we were so busy touring the island we didn't have time to take advantage of them. We will on our next trip. Our host was amazing. «There was no communication with the host. I reached out to him for the check in information about a week before our arrival. That was the one and only time there was any communication. The condo was in need of basic maintenance (everything from paint, cabinets, stained countertops etc.) The patio furniture needed to be replaced, maybe a bar height table to be able to enjoy the view.The lawn chairs on the beach area were unusable.I will say the pool area was well maintained.»

«We cannot say enough great things about our exceptional one week stay at Jin and Sung Lee’s. They were incredibly welcoming hosts!Their place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular!They made sure we knew our way around since GPS doesn’t always work right near the house. To cap it off we enjoyed homemade Jin Choi sushi and delicious lemon cake! We hope to visit again in the future!»

«The unit was as advertised and better than the photos. It was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We didn't have any issues at the condo. We enjoyed the ocean breeze while eating dinner on the balcony. My daughter enjoyed her early morning strolls on the beach. The neighbor, Pat, was very informative and friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed using the pool for evening swims. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you Christine and Earl.»

«My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this property! Gentle Winds is a beautiful condo community with much to offer residents and guests, including a lovely beach (and pool) experience, tennis courts, and much more. K5 is a very nice unit with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was easy to contact. Being in the center of the island made it easy to go (in our rental car) in either direction to visit various attractions. »

Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. "I really enjoyed staying in this hotel with the charm of the colonial time. Frederiksted is unfortunately poorly maintained (not this hotel). The pool, the balcony (which is promised in the room was a shared balcony) very nice, and the placement on the beach is super. The young receptionist could benefit from a bit more training - I guess that will come."
