The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. «The owner responded quickly to any questions which arose. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It is a very steep and windy road to the place. Glad we arrived during daylight. This was our first time to St. Thomas and we did not know how mountainous it is. If renting a car, make sure to get one that can make it up the mountains. «This was a nice place to stay. One caveat to future people that stay. Make sure your card has good clearance and is able to go up a steep hill without issues. We had a Toyota Camry rental car and it had a little trouble. This has nothing to with the quality of the stay. Just make sure you have Jeep, Rav4, or something that is good on hills.
