«We had 5 wonderful days at Renaissance in Carambola Beach. Very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Two very good restaurants, both facing the beach, with options to sit in or out doors. Very nice beach and beach facilities. Snorkling OK immediately westwards from the beach, but fantastic at Cane bay Beach a few km eastwards. We rented a car and "did St Croix" in the morning/mid day, then relaxed in the afternoon and evening at the beach and in the hotel. Hope to be there again some time.»

«Great spot for families or those wanting easy access for scuba diving/snorkeling or just beach time. The dive shop and restaurant on site are great. The staff friendly and the food was outstanding! Our little treehouse was perfect, it came equipped with everything we needed (the bed pillows are my only complaint (pretty limp and flat) and I did buy a couple more in town and left them in the house. This is a more rustic and natural setting which we liked. We appreciated having the use of free ...

«Not fancy but clean. As advertised. Property short way up a hill from Beach with beautiful pristine water with a decent reef tropicals by the dozen. Need a car. Watch out for the potholes as you drive the island. Worth it.»

«We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!»

«Beautiful property! We stayed in the one bedroom cottage which was next to the owners’ home. We loved our stay - the house had absolutely everything we needed - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, great WiFi. Loved having coffee in the morning and evening drinks while looking at the view and listening to the waves crash. The 2 patios (upper and lower - right on the rocky beach) were great and also perfect for star gazing at night »
